Being one of Novartis female leader, Rina is currently responsible to manage Technical Operations in Citeureup, where she lead 200 people in factory as Head of Technical Operations. She is excited by the diverse skill set she is developing through her job at Novartis. " Being with Novartis for more than 8 years and hold various position within TechOps. I see Novartis as a good working place to broaden my knowledge and horizons from a global perspective with excellent working environment. I'm particularly proud of the fact that I led the team in challenging situations such as leading the whole process of moving our factory to the new one with modern GMP standard .
