As Head of Ophthalmics and IDTI, my main responsibility is to set the strategic direction of both businesses. I'm particularly proud to set new milestones in the business by launching Sebivo and Lucentis this year. Sebivo and Lucentis combined is expected to double my current business.

To do this job well, you need leadership skills, excellent time management, ability to create a motivational environment and a passion to win.
