One of the talent in Indonesia who is currently assigned in Basel as Project BPA Manager after joining 1 year in Novartis Pharma Korea as Strategic Planning Manager in Finance. "I see rooms for growth of my career and what interests me is the fact that there are a lot of opportunity for career development in Novartis by giving employees chance to work in different area. I joined as a BPA in Pharma but at the same time has a responsibility to other BU for a couple of years after I joined. Then I was given a chance to work closely with marketing and sales in the support functions. Now I am working in HR which is a new area for me. Even though I still working as a BPA, working a specific function will broaden my knowledge"
