To facilitate succession planning throughout the company, line managers are responsible for offering associates advice and assitance. To support this process, the company provides a wide variety of information materials and useful tools.

Organization Talent Review
OTR is one of the key business tools to help Novartis achieve its talent development goals and release individual potential within the company. OTR is a common, worldwide process and methodology for identifying talent within Novartis.
