Novartis Community Partnership Day (CPD)

Every year, Novartis employees worldwide are volunteering to participate in the Community Partnership Day ass an expression of our associates´ personal commitment to Corporate Citizenship. The Community Partnership Day was founded to commemorate the merger that created Novartis in 1996. On the Community Partnership Day employees support local communities, social institutions and non-profit organizations in projects compatible with the Novartis commitment to social responsibility.

In Indonesia, around 70-100 associates every year participate in the Community Partnership Day by engaging with its community, such help renovating schools, doing recreation together with orphanage or patients group children, etc
